While I can say that the staff are cordial in-person, the Credit Union operates inefficiently and has lackluster customer service availability. The staff is regularly unavailable via phone or email to redress issues during business hours. Members of the Credit Union may receive funds into their our accounts on Thursday and/or Friday, while the Credit Union within 12 hours of money being received will post that their network is down for undisclosed periods of time. This leaves individuals with money in their accounts, which remain inaccessible via debit card or transfer until the following week. The main branch is cashless so when one wants to transfer funds or retrieve funds directly and to open another account, one will never receive cash at the main branch but a branch check. These are important things to consider in the long-run for someone seeking to have a credit union account in addition to their regular bank accounts. This may not be the best credit union to accomplish that specific goal.
