Nice place to have a drink and appetizers at sunset.
Good service and reasonable prices.
Wonderfull view of the city. If you can get a table looking at the Obelisk that's the best view of the four.
This place is hidden in plain sight, you go into the building and ask for the bar they would send you there in the elevator to the 33 th floor. The place stays open usually until 1 or 2 pm. In the windy days they also offer you a blanket to stay warm.
I recommend the drinks with gin or vodka there are a couple of them on the menu or even the Apperoll spritz is very good.
