The Kesari Wada in Narayan Peth, Pune, is a historical building which once upon a time housed one of India's greatest freedom fighters, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, also known as Lokmanya Tilak.

The Wada has since been converted into a museum for preserving many items personally used by the great Lokmanya Tilak himself, when he lived there. In addition, there are items like photographs, stamps, coins with Tilak as the theme.

All these items are well preserved, and the Wada itself is well maintained to this day.

For getting a perspective of what the Lokmanya was, this Wada must be visited.
