I fell in love with Chrome after one session at the gym. I cannot speak highly enough about this gym. From its cleanliness to its great selection of equipment, I have always been impressed with the quality of Chrome. The culture in this gym is very supportive and inclusive. Members feel very comfortable and welcome when working out here.
This year I started training with Ray. I've used coaches in the past for competition and could tell that Ray was very knowledgeable and skilled as a coach. One thing that stood out with Ray and the other trainers at Chrome is their attention to detail. Their professionalism, knowledge, ability to understand, and teaching skills are qualities that can't be overlooked when selecting a trainer. Ray will not waste your time with gimmicky workouts or fad diets. He sticks to proven training methods that will work. I would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
