Since the change in ownership, I gave this place multiple visits. The waitresses are WONDERFUL - Denise and Reese, especially. But our last experience tells me all I need to know about this place.
Ordered their spinach artichoke dip to start. Was told that this was the exact same recipe as previous owner...OMG NOPE. Mostly spinach with cold chunks of cream cheese mixed in. Discussed it with waitress... nothing ever said or done about it. When we first entered, a gentlemen was talking to each table, asking for feedback and thanking them for coming in. Our immediate thought was, "that's nice... glad to see that". But after we sent back our appetizer, the same gentleman began to avoid us. Never said one word to us.
Meals were good.... and to be honest, meals have always been consistent here.
But when I paid, I noticed a 3% fee for using a credit card. Wasn't told that was gonna happen.... nothing on the original receipt to notify me. Just added it on AFTER I paid. Lovely.... now I'm responsible for the cost of THEM doing business.
Plenty of other options in the area to stew over this for too long. But it's gonna take some work for them to get these customers back.
