CGV Grand Indonesia Cinema Screen X was very disappointed. It was all good in the beginning until it started to hang and stop showing the extension of the movie on the side (only display screens X word as shared in the image) after watching an hour into the movies.
Nobody from CGV did anything and after 30min, I went out to complain. Then they try to restart the screen X a few times but fail. Finally the screen X appears again on the last 15min of the movie. Very disappointed with so many scene in the movie that was miss.
This Cinema looks more like trying to make more money by allowing companies to advertise by setting up stores everywhere selling and promoting the products including the toilet that we use.
But their main business in ensuring the quality of the screening and movie are not taken as a main concern.
Even the sound system only works in the beginning and later into the movie, the sounds are only produce from the front without the sound effect from the side.
