best gym i've ever been in.
i'm not a boxer i just mess about a wee bit but through family/friends i've been around gyms most my life and most are held together with gaffer tape and good intentions, maybe a few old heavy bags, one trainer and not much else, obviously this isn't always the case but it's common enough.
kynoch is the total opposite, it has everything, heavy bags, double ends, upper cut bags, two class rings, loads of great trainers, in my experience it's about as good a gym as you'll find. and it's open most days!
and from first hand experience i can say they do great charitable work at a grassroots level the local community.
it's also very easy to get to, just over the clyde from the city centre.
if you're looking for a gym to join, this is the one.
(i've zero connection to anybody there btw)
