Poor customer service. Owner is disconnected from his business. Pay rent for slip (in full) for a year in advance and every time you pull out for service or repairs, owner will put transients in your slip or re-rent your slip to someone else. Just not the family atmosphere you would expect from the boating community. Bad form sir…
