Well we paid you £40k over 9 months for so called professional care!! CQC backs up most of your incompetence with a Requires Improvement inspection report in ALL areas.
Your latest manager who didn’t give a toss has now gone.
Your Nurse in charge who was useless has now gone.
Your events Co-Ordinator has left.
Please do not try to cover up your mistakes.
I am giving an honest opinion about this home to save others from the heartbreak seeing your loved one left to deteriorate and end up in hospital with sepsis.
So yes we are angry the way our loved one was treated in your so called care
