CPR is a good organization, so I would like to post my case here. I am the spouse of an Army retiree who learned the hard way that the mil/justice system provides no possibility to dep.of retirees, who became the victims of mil.internal corruption& crimes, to address such issues. Attempts to do so are met with severe retaliation practices. I have no recourse left but going public.
Opened response to Col David R Gibson, Commander DARNALL Hosp FtHood TX:
Your 2 letters from Jan 9 2018, which contain multiple threats against me, & lies you cannot back up. You reacted to my attempts to initiate a drug investig. involving DARNALL, & for asking you to correct all false/misleading entries in my med/prescr.records. You stated that falsified med.rec. cannot be amended for legal reasons. Now some of your senior officers fear legal consequences for having committed pharm.theft & for having used narc.prescr., electronically forged in DARNALL in my name, in an Austin pharmacy. They used my records to write off the losses. You are trying to avert legal consequences for yourself & for your clients. You are concealing the crimes by forging my med.rec.& by blaming me officially for them. As a reminder: on June 24 2016 you issued me a letter, apologizing for all the "inconveniences" I suffered because DEA numbers/prescr.data on narc.prescr. had been falsified in my name by staff since Feb 2016. I am posting your apology letter online so you, & all the people you fed with lies about me, can review it. Later that day you repented your apology & informed me that for legal reasons you cannot admit any crimes, that I have to take the blame for them. I was warned not to use your letter for legal purposes, not to show it to anyone & not to talk about DARNALL's drug distrib.issues to others. You added that from this day on I would always be escorted by security when I enter DARNALL, to ensure my compliance with your orders (the escort spectacle actually served only the purpose to make everyone in the hosp.believe that I am a dangerous criminal). You filled my med.rec. with invented reports (I think your legal team was entrusted with this task). On Aug 8 2016 you published two long lists which became perm.attachment to each report in my med.record, & you sent these lists to third parties all over Central & South Texas. One is a very long "prescr.history", listing 100s of falsified prescr.entries starting Oct 2007. The other one is a 2 pages long list of "diagnoses" I never had - incl.dozens of psych ones, of course, to back up the forged prescr.& to discredit me. From Aug 2016 on I received multiple regist.letters from off-post providers, many of whom I never met, warning me that I don't qualify as a patient in their practices. All stated that you had contacted them & told them crime stories about me. These actions of yours pretty much ruined my access to med. care in the area. You cannot use me to commit crimes in my name, falsify my med/prescr.rec.to conceal them, destroy my life & order me to keep that confidential. You expressed your intent to terminate me as a DARNALL patient & that you will personally control that I will not receive any access to med.care anywhere anymore. You know perfectly well that you uttered a death sentence against me. I have no thyroid & will die in about 2 months or less without access to lab testing/Synthroid prescr.; also diabetes, renal failure, & other health issues. Terminate me? I ceased to be a DARNALL patient in June 2017. You probably wrote that to impress 3rd parties supposed to read your letters who don't know this fact. Or is your intend to "exterminate" me, what will happen if you block me from all access to med.care? You deny me most access to med.care since Feb 2016. Ever since,when I presented for appts, your doctors stated they had strict orders from above to deny me med.care. In May 2017 I discovered in my prescr.hist. that you people had depleted the pharm.supply for 1000s of pills using my name.
