If only a negative star was an option. Unfortunately you have to at least put one star for your review to be seen so that is the sacrifice I’m taking to make this post. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. They are known to offer people jobs and request they change their school schedules and other priorities to work when Alliance wants them to. After they’ve given you a key and you’ve changed your whole life schedule for them, they take back your employment offer (through text) with no warning or even willing to make a compromise. Then they also decide to just change the locks rather than ask for the key back because they’re too afraid to have confrontation with a problem they created themselves. This is not the first time they’ve done something like this either. Please never use this company, instead report them to the Better Business Bureau.
