So...I purchased via Amazon and was then contacted directly by Faye with Stone Tile Mosaics/Home tile center in NJ. She asked if I needed any other product tile for my remodel, which I did... she said she would give me a good deal and sent me an invoice to be paid via PayPal. I used to be a general contractor, so I figured it would all be fine.
1. They didn't ship all the proper quantities that I ordered (luckily I order 10% extra)
2. 2 boxes of the 4x12 Carrara tiles were much thicker and couldn't be used.
When I contacted them about the issues, she disputed what I was saying...luckily I was able to get the additional tiles at Home Depot and finish the project. After a week or more, she offered to send me additional tiles (I live on the west coast and it was TOO LATE)
I asked for a refund for the bad tiles and surprise, surprise I NEVER HEARD BACK!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
