Tried to connect with Rex and the Toronto team several times as I was quite keen on renting a condo with them. The initial call seemed promising as there were numerous condos listed as ‘available immediately’ on the site. However I received only one further email from them essentially saying they had reached out to a number of landlords and actually none of the dozen or so I was asking about were actually available. I then tried to email them at least 3 more times over a few weeks to ask about alternate options or condos listed as available in the next few months and I received no reply whatsoever and was basically ghosted!
Extremely unprofessional and a very disappointing experience. It is a wonder how they are still in business and obviously inventory is not accurate- don’t waste your time here and go to a professional realtor instead. Fast forward more than 6 weeks later- the same condos I had enquired about I still see listed on their site as ‘immediately available’.
