My husband and I checked into our Urban Flats suite in Nov 2020, thinking we would be there for 3 months. Eight months later (thanks, COVID), we finally checked out. Our extended stay was very pleasant. The Urban Flats staff are helpful, professional and accommodating. The building is clean and quiet. The suite is well appointed - tasteful furnishings, comfortable bed and quality household goods (all kitchen items, bedding, towels, etc are provided). When we return to Toronto, we would happily stay with Urban Suites.
