I ordered a Yakima Easytrip 500L online and called ahead of time to check if I would be able to pick it up on the weekend. The man on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and when I picked up the roof box, I had a change of mind with the colour and again the person there was very friendly and helpful with accommodating that. He helped me put it on my roof to take home and in that time a few other customers had turned up and he made sure to greet each one and let them know he would be able to help them soon. Very good customer service from this place, highly recommend.
