Steve spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone helping unpick a problem with Rola roof-racks that Rola themselves could not help with. The result, to no benefit to Steve, other than a review, was Rola is correcting their website, and sending me the correct parts, at no cost to me! I'm really grateful to Steve, and with 30 years in the automotive trade myself, I have NO HESITATION recommending Steve and Shop1Auto. Above and beyond service.
