As someone else said - If I could give zero stars, I would. I have lived in NYC for nearly a decade and they are BY FAR the worst landlords ever. I should have trusted my gut before signing this lease. We are responsible, paying-on-time tenants and treat our apartment as if it is our own. Be prepared for lies, no responses, accusations that we are breaking everything, and taking months for anything to be fixed, if at all.
