Nice place to get a bite to eat and some coffee in Carroll Gardens. The inside is quite airy, which provides a nice atmosphere. I had the breakfast sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious. I would definitely return!
I visited this building to view an apartment that was listed on their website as “$3,640”. I was given an attitude from the second I walked through the door, which gave me a bad feeling about the entire process. When I spoke with the leasing agent about the apartment listed on their website, she laughed and said “Ha we only have units over $4,000 in this building, and that unit is rented until May so you can’t see it anyway. Our website is wrong”
Why would you guys have an incorrect website? It is tough to hold yourselves out as a reputable business leasing “$4,000+” apartments. Also, there was no need for the attitude. I DO NOT recommend leasing from here because the service I received is likely indicative of the service one would receive during a lease term
