Local greasy spoon with a great breakfast menu and very personable staff. The kind of place where they get to know you and watch your kids grow up. Plus, one of the very few places in the Boston area where you can get legit southern-style chicken-fried steak and sausage gravy.

Great local playground. Good play structures for the 1-3 and the 4-10 crowds, a basketball/Street hockey court, and some grass. Not big enough to fly kites or play soccer - have to go to Trum field or to Danahey in Cambridge for that. But a great place for the local kids. Plus, during the summer, they have a water play area. Hyper popular among kids and even a number of fun-loving adults. :-)
