The two gentleman Bob and George working the desk were so knowledgeable, fun, and happy to help! The museum was clean and very visitor friendly. The bathrooms were clean, the place is very wheelchair accessible, and very easy to get around the museum.

Very beautiful displays of the advancement in technology in the fire service. Displays and Information were awesome!

The 9/11 rescue 4 exhibit was especially moving!
