Seats are very very good and Nice photogenic place and the pros end there.

However, its slightly costly. They would turn off the AC just 15-20min after the show starts. No responsible person there, to speak about it.

First time in my life I have seen ticket checking in the middle of the show, so weird.

Picture quality was dull, not sure if the movie itself was like that or if their projector! Will edit my review after going to another movie.

2 samosas cost 90 rupees! Terrible!

This is second time I visited with family.
During my first visit, I thought it could be a rare instance.
But today, along with me few other customers were yelling at the staff for the pathetic service.
1. Extremely sluggish service
2. Ask anything and the guys see in confusion, slow reaction.
3. We were waiting for a table for 10 min- some left .. the staff does not feel responsible to properly clean the table until we ask.. cleaned for the sake of it.
4. No one comes to take the order.. when asked again for the same, slow response...
5. Food is okay .. less quantity for the price..
6. Chutney was part of the dish, but missed and only given upon asking...

WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

First time is a mistake, if it repeats then, its a habit of arrogance.
