I first learned of this property 6 months ago and told them I was interested in moving there when my old lease expired. They worked with me and stayed in contact with me and let me know when an availability came up. A month before my lease was up they let me know they had the perfect place for me and got me started on my paperwork and I moved into the apartment of my dreams! Plenty of privacy, quiet area and a view that I enjoy nightly that rivals some of the more expensive properties in town. And the best part is the price, only $21 more than I was paying before with more amenities! I've found a place that I'm going to be at for a while. :)
