My husband and I visited Pro Cakes after seeing the owner on the local Fox 5 DC news. We have lived in the DMV area for years and never knew about this bakery until then. We bought snickerdoodles, chocolate walnut cookies, a confetti cake slice, banana pudding, strawberry funnel cake, Oreo funnel cake, and cupcakes for the kids. It was all amazing. My husband said the funnel cake was the best he had ever had. We had the pleasure of being served by Erica. She was super busy but still provided amazing customer service. She was patient, friendly, and energetic. You can definitely tell Pro Cakes is a staple at the mall, as all the customers seemed to have a solid relationship with Pro Cakes. Now that we know this bakery is 15 minutes away, we will definitely return when the sweet tooth hits us again or to order for a special occasion.

One word janky…..to sum up my experience, my daughter was approved in April for a BSF scholarship, and funds were to be disbursed in May. After months of going back and forth, we are still waiting for her scholarship check as of August 8th, 2024.
