Evil corporation (Avenue Living) bought the old company (minto) over and upped the rent by double in 1 year. I've lived here for 8 years and It's always been as good as its neighbors (currently a lot of people litter cigarette butts.)
*The only star goes to the on call maintenance guy, he is absolutely fantastic!
