Good coffee, good quality croissants (my favorite are the savory ones). I particularly like their yummy pockets/stuffed croissansts.
It's conveniently located and has good parking.
The variety of sweets is mouth watering, and makes it hard to walk out without trying something.
They offer smoothies and sandwiches but haven't had any, yet.
Personnel is always very kind and polite. I typically come to this area for work and that's usually the spot.
I only wish it were open on Mondays and Tuesdays but perhaps that's only during summer hours.

This Church has a wonderful history and finds its roots in the Italian community that lived and lives in the neighborhood.
A place that still is because of the devotion and dedication of many immigrants, hard workers who donated and built what was necessary to create a Church and a Cummunity.
Many are the feasts that are celebrated and certainly the Feast of St. Cosmas and Damian is the most popular of all.
It's one of the few churches that is open all day long, which makes it a great place to just quietly pray or sit in contemplation.

Incredible music selection year round for all price points! Food is good and healthy options are available, too. Personally, I enjoyed a delicious butternut squash salad with feta cheese with a side of meat that was extremely satisfying.
Seating is a bit tight but allows for some sort of "communal table" that proved to be a good solution if you're also trying to meet new people, too. It also keeps the place organized and neat, but prevents from dancing should the music be appropriate for it.
It's a must if you wish to listen to some good live music and venture in an almost historic music venue!!
