Had the transmission in my 07 Chevy Avalanche rebuilt here. When I went to pick it up there were greasy handprints all over the car and on the driver door panel and seat. I took the truck for a ride and it shifted worse than when I brought it in. I took it back and they said a shift solenoid was stuck. So they fixed that and cleaned all the handprints off after I complained about it. The next day I woke up and seen a puddle of transmission fluid under the truck. I took it back again and they said the transmission pan gasket failed. They installed another one to fix it. 2 weeks later it was leaking transmission fluid again. This time I replaced the pan gasket myself and it hasn’t leaked sense. A few months later the transmission is slipping and shifting hard. I checked the fluid level and it is correct but the fluid is burnt. I called and asked about the warranty for the transmission and they said they don’t keep records of the transmission services so if I didn’t have my original paperwork they would not cover it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting any type of work from this place. Highly unprofessional and in this day and age to not have a computer program that keeps track of customers repairs is unbelievable .
