Ezra Bae

A carnivore's paradise at the edge of shuk HaCarmel. Menu is all in Hebrew but the staff is so nice to help. Got the beef belly, sweetbreads, and a bone-in ribeye. Asked for rare which was perfectly cooked. Be sure to try the arias which is their speciality, a deep fried pita stuffed with lamb - so good. Sweetbreads we're a highlight.
