One of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service in years. Eye care has always been a passive activity that felt like another chore. I saw Dr.Elwood years ago because the office was close but recently went back because I remembered his manner being informative and genuine.
Just left with glasses and contacts. The exam was futuristic!!! Technology in this office was neat and worth visiting alone.
Chelsea (gosh I hope that was their name) WAS everything I’ve ever wanted in a glasses store. She helped me pick the perfect glasses without asking the typical questions. It was natural interaction that left me with glasses I look forward to getting.
Simply put, eye can’t wait for my next exam. Thanks y’all!!
