The pictures are very misleading. I expected a nice, modern, clean place. Instead you find rundown old and smelly place. The staff makes the impression of being annoyed by the people and not at all communicative.
The coffee machine was out of order for the whole time we stayed there, the drinking water dispenser was very run down.
Good thing, the rooms in the back-building were really quiet (no street-noise).
The location is the reason for the price, in other areas you would get a clean and modern room for that price.

Nice playground! Not so much to explore bit the kids had fun anyways. Very noisy street and the schoolkids are all over the place from noon till 2pm.
Nice playground, a lot of possibilities for a variety of ages.
