I want to recognize Nicole (Manager on site). I explained how I was given the wrong sandwich twice thru the Drive-thru. She immediately gave me a free bakery treat & made the Bacon Avocado Melt sandwich herself for me! All free of charge! I got home & the sandwich was amazing! I can only hope Nicole makes my sandwich everytime! 😊 Just wanted to make sure that Nicole knew she made this customer happy! Nicole was great & handled the issue awesome! Great customer service!
