Thee worst experience ever at a Starbucks.
The shift manager lady told me cold brew with no ice is stealing from Starbucks and she would fire any barista who went against her policy.
NO ICE is an option on the menu!
I travel for a living. I go to Starbucks all over the country. Same for the Tampa area. I only order cold brew no ice. I have never had this happen once or treated with such hostility as if I did something wrong. Got to protect the small mom n pop company Starbucks! What a joke.
