I love how you can make an appointment instead of having to take your baby in first thing in the morning. I'm a night owl so this works great for us. We can set up an afternoon appointment and drop our baby off for a wonderful grooming go have lunch then pick her up. Works great for us. They always do a fabulous job. We have a toy poodle so they have to do a lot of grooming for her. She always looks adorable
