Our experience of Hamilton house, to date, is one of recurring and ongoing inadequate care and support provided to a loved relative. I could not possibly recommend this residential home.
Further, I understand the reviewer Michelle Pritchard is employed by the provider, as such I believe their review should be considered as a conflict of interest.
