much nicer staff than the garage stores in montreal i actually felt welcome for once

great assistance, Zoe was super helpful and kind and made us feel welcomed. i usually go to the one at Eaton Center in montreal where the manager is so mean so i was so pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was

some employees are nice but others are literally horrible at basic customer service and make you feel like you’re bothering them just by being in the store
