Over the years I've explored learning latin social dance (salsa, bachata), ballroom/international latin, and belly dance across countries, states, and several studios. I love dancing and I could say I am a very picky and high standard person when it comes to the studio quality, including instructors' skills and their work ethics, studio's group class atmosphere, etc.

I could vouch for Suenos de Salsa that, this is one of the BEST Salsa/Bachata dance studios that I've been across states. Both Michael and Kelly are great dancers themselves, and they teach really well because: 1) their tutorials of techniques and patterns are fun to learn and useful in social; 2) they have very good work ethics and I appreciate their efforts to keep a respectful, inclusive group class; 3) they not only teach the dance moves, but also teach you the musicality - if you are a dance nerd like me who loves techniques and musicality, you will enjoy the class!

I took a lot of group classes but also private lessons. They don't push selling private lesson at all, but I signed up to fine tune my details which I found them SUPER HELPFUL. My way of learning in the private lesson was just to dance with the instructor (Michael or Kelly) casually like dancing in social, and then they will tell me all the nuances that can make me a better dancer, such as how I as a follow should connect my hand with the lead, how to make my turns, spins, better etc.

I definitely highly recommend Suenos de Salsa to anyone who is serious about learning dancing and also having fun!
