Although Google says it's open during weekdays, that is for school children only. Not open to the public including seniors.

I traveled along way from LAX airport to visit while waiting for my flight. Staff at front desk was not friendly at all. Gave me salty instructions.

Looks educational and entertaining, disappointed I couldnt take the tour.

Great place to shop, clean, secure
Close by to some senior apartments, condos, townhomes very convenient
Giant groceries, restaurants, hair salon, barber, banking, gift ideas, EV Stations.
Medstar close by other small physicians or radiology offices
All that is missing is a nail salon and a laundrmat and dry cleaners.

Good, the Bad, and the Ugly:

The apartment was older, but nice, good spacing. Decent price for the surrounding area, including utilities (maybe get a roommate to help with the increasing fees & prices). I never had roaches, bees, or other critters, however, I did have those brown bugs, stink beetles, I believe coming through the kitchen fan. The a/c and heat is controlled by management, they do respond with the community when the air will be turned on or other issues. I kept a fan or heater on standby.

Bus on property, stores nearby for convenience.
Parking can be difficult. One hanging pass for your car, other cars will need to park on street. They start the tow at 8pm. The tow company will not work with you, even within minutes of hitching the vehicle.😬

Maintenance is very responsive. Cleaning ladies very kind, great work ethic and kind. Management is professional, willing to work with you, just keep up with communication. Of course you have to pay your rent on time. I understand their job position is to collect. Its all around stressful for the tenant and management when you fall behind. I didn't have an issue with them at all. Julian, Hameed, and Laura always assisted me promptly, professionally.

Now, the lower score is really due to some bad neighbors I had in my building, for 12 months, it was unsettling. The community really need cameras and/or security patrol. I was glad when they moved, otherwise, it would have been a pretty good year. A few neighbors have been there very long term and loves it beside the terrible residents. One bad resident (and their friends) destroys the other people's peace.
I want to end on a positive: even though I had some issues with the rowdy neighbors. I never ever had a package stolen.

Great wares from other vendors, art, jewelry, lotions, potions, produce, breads, deserts juices, fish, rib dinners.

Have not toured the actual museum, but the grounds are pretty for a walk and learning about the history of the place.
