It’s a small raised area with stairways in the front off of Decatur St and smaller stairs leading up to it from behind, on the Mississippi River side.
Even though it’s fairly simple to see, it does provide a fantastic view of Jackson Square and the St. Louis Cathedral! Also, you will be facing just shy of the sunset, which gives you even more of a reason to check it out during the evening hours!
