Front desk and chiropractor who treated me are very welcoming and made me comfortable from the beginning. However had few red flag with the overall treatment.
1. They charged $100 for an assessment(normal practice everywhere). I was expecting similar treatment like in any other centres such as doing an assessment and then treating a patient in the 1st visit. However, they just assessed for like 20 mins and concluded saying the treatment starts from 2nd session - first red flag.
2. I went for 3 more sessions hoping they would treat accordingly. However, overtime they just treated for 15mins and just talk for another 10-15 mins and concluded sessions rather than treating a full 30-35 mins session which we expect and is a practice in every other centre I visited before. - 2nd red flag.
3: Treatment for that 15-20mins was GOOD I must say that but I was in severe pain and was expecting a full 30-35 mins session.
