I was on a long layover and was looking for supper. I stopped in and they were very busy. They asked if I had a reservation, which I did not, but they worked some things out and found a spot for me to dine. The service was excellent, food was superb, and the atmosphere was perfect. It was my first and last meal in Amsterdam, and I'm so thankful I chose Hollands Hap Hmm!! A++
