This testimonial was long over due because we purchased our home back on July 1, 2021...
Mayra Hernandez was PERFECT when it came to assisting my girlfriend and I purchase our first home together. You hear so may horror stories about real estate agents but the experience we had with Mayra. She brings incredible knowledge and experience and it absolutely showed when it came time for her to provide us her personal/professional recommendations during the whole home buying process.
For me...the reason why I wish I could give Mayra more than five stars is because of the amount of resources she put into making sure that we landed our first home (which we fell in love with the moment we saw it for the first time). I can honestly tell you that it was because of one her recommendations that landed us in the buyer accepting our offer, which than led to us finally purchasing our home. I feel she went above and beyond when it came to all of the paperwork. She made sure that we were submitting the correct forms and the few times in where the wrong documentation was provided she informed us immediately.
And that's just OUR home. I need to also mention how patient she was with all the other homes we saw prior to our final purchase. There were some homes that we REALLY enjoyed but she would question us and made us consider things like our daily commute, are we withing driving range of our family (very important), the school system, and so much more. We never felt that she was pushing a certain property on us for commission because she never did. Every home we wanted to see she made sure that we got to see it and spend enough time reviewing the property.
My girlfriend and I are incredibly happy with the final outcome and are grateful that Mayra assisted us through the entire process. I CANNOT recommend Mayra enough! Especially if you are looking for your first home!
