I like to come in the morning when nobody else is here to walk my dog. It's a small park and it's close enough to 355 to not really feel secluded or all that quiet really but it's well kept. Haven't made use of any of the activities such as picnic areas or mini golf.
I worked with Lauren Lynch back when Ajilon was still known as TRAK. She helped place me at my first full time position in DC and was a pleasure to work with throughout.
As a temp, you tend to wrestle with anxiety of not knowing when your next position will become available. I had the sense that some of my peers from other agencies struggled with the constant roller coaster of feeling like they were completely forgotten before receiving a call out of the blue demanding that they be ready for a new position immediately. I never had that experience with Ajilon or Lauren, my recruiter. She went so far as to check in between positions to let me know some estimated timelines on when something new might come up and the sort of work it was likely to be.
Great communication, great experience.
