Stayed in their building for 6 months only as when we do the renewal they are asking for a new commission again. I did not agree with it hence we move out. We left their Building on 1st week of December(on the same condition as when we moved in) no drills, wall paints clean, we did the general cleaning before leaving the apartment) but til date we have not receive our security deposit as we are still raising a complain for it. (They have deducted 2,300AED including AC maintenance fee) they don't even bother to give a copy of maintenance report, they just want you to sign! the worst real estate we ever encounter. Been in Dubai for 14 years but this is my first time to raised a complain . We were very stressed from them. They are very racist:( If you are planning to move into their apartments, think ten thousand times.
