My wife and myself run an outreach in an impoverished area of Long Island where we reach out to an extremely vulnerable population. This Mother's Day we had it in our heart to make blessing baskets full of items to make local Moms feel important and dignified. Jody Weber, the Engage Life Director, engaged the residents of your facility in making and donating baskets to us to give out. They made the most beautiful and thoughtful baskets, most of them went to teenage Moms here who are completely alone yet chose to have their baby regardless. Thank you Jody, staff and residents for getting involved in giving others hope!
