Great foods trucks, especially Los Tamales. Nice variety of different culinary traditions - Oaxacan, Cuban, Filipino, Afghani, Halal, Gyros, etc. It's clean, it has covered eating area. It is one of my favorites in the area! Parking can be a little challenging, but it's well worth it.

I have had this diner on my places I want to visit list, as I have had food delivered to my home and it was incredibly tasty and satisfying, but had not been to a restaurant. I don't know what I was waiting for - it's a great diner with great food. The wait staff are wonderful, polite, friendly, attentive... I honestly have no complaints. The food was incredibly delicious and the portions huge. I had my leftovers for dinner and it was just as good. I highly recommend the Chicken Fried Steak - it's the best I have ever had, and I eat at diners often! But it's those soft warm absolutely delicious biscuits that are divine - and huge. I have found my new favorite diner, and I love diners. They are my favorite type of restaurant, and Black Bear checks off all the boxes.

I highly recommend Black Bear Diner. The cobbler, the chicken fried steak, the pancakes, French toast, eggs Benedict, even the coffee, it's all very good, and served by friendly attentive staff in a comfortable casual setting. 5 stars for sure. I'm looking forward to bringing my family with me next time.
