The employees who were working when I went to the store on 2/3 were all incredibly rude. No offer of assistance, side eye when I asked about trying on garments, and straight attitude when I asked about discounts at checkout. Not sure what’s going on in this store but the negativity was thick enough to cut with a knife. I love Loft but I won’t be going back to this location.
