The cafe looked clean & the bread was displayed in a neat & nice manner. Bought a sourdough bread to go & checked if able to slice it for me. The guy said they do & start preparing to slice.
However , I was shocked to see him using his bare hands to handle the bread & he proceeded to use a cloth (unsure if it's clean) on the table to wipe the bread knife before cutting. The whole cutting process was done with bare hands in front of me. Food hygiene was bad & all this is being done in front of me.
