What a view! We were able to get reservations and met the host in the downstairs courtyard. Service was pretty good, they were very busy. The cocktail menu was limited with unique ingredients that we had a hard time picking out one. The $25 espresso martini wasn’t it at all. We ended up just ordering our usual bar drinks after the first fancy cocktail. The view, music and atmosphere was everything though.

This is a nice little park. I was expecting it to be a little more interesting. Compared to Portland’s Japanese Friendship garden this isn’t as wowing. However, I’m sure it’s beautiful different times of year. It was July and nothing was in bloom, we only saw one koi fish. There is a historical pagoda on the far end and that was interesting to see.
