The ordering process is 100% automated.
However, my order was still WRONG! Make that make sense. It was wrong twice and then they didn't have part of my order so instead of a baked potato, I opted for fries. The oil they cooked the fries in was OLD.
I ordered a salad with no dressing, no cheese or croutons. Gusee what they brought me? Exactly what I didn't order. Then the server proceeded to tell me what I ordered.
I had to order, pay in full to include a tip for less than satisfactory service.
Very disappointed.
