The unit I stayed at is very nice. The host is great; however the security guards are not very helpful. The following security guards are very rude: MJ Maling & Sapal. Especially Maling, he has the worst attitude, very rude. He talks back to you and very sarcastic. Sapal on the other hand, is very bossy and wants you to bow down on him and beg him to help you find a parking spot. I’ve never been at an establishment in which the security guards are very entitled and have the worst attitude.
I reported both security guards to the management and the management didn’t do any disciplinary action. They let the security guard loose and both workers are still treating the guests horribly. I hope the management will take necessary action to improve the security team in the building. It makes the experiencing staying at North point horrible. Personally, I would put those security guards on unpaid leave.
I heard from other security personnel that MJ Maling & Sapal are known to have treated guests horribly in the past. It just goes to show that the management team is not doing their due diligence to punish their workers.
