Good equipment, amazing coaches, convenient location & very clean. Space is limited but they do their best to accommodate everyone.
Minuses: almost impossible to book a time slot for Crossfit and people who book it often don't come. They changed their policy on their cancellation period so I had to argue with them that such new (more strict) policies should not be applicable to older members.
